blue flax.

hi all! veronika from tick tock vintage here. suede skirts are kind of my thing - i have tons of them, in all different colors and styles. when mandi posted this gorgeous skirt, i couldn't pass it up. how neat is that chain? i've actually been searching thrift stores for the perfect suede skirt to add chain to because i like it too much. i wanted to pair the skirt with something kind of colorful, so i opted for this blue floral vintage top. i think it added a little bit of femininity to the skirt, no?
blouse: vintage
skirt: vintage from mandi
socks: from h&m, i think
shoes: marc jacobs

I have a skirt just like this, minus the chain--one of my favorite thrifting finds. :)

the cut of the blouse is a bit matronly, not too surprising, a lot of them from that era styled that way, but it works with the skirt's length and your darling knee socks. the color combination of turquoise and warm caramel, definitely killer.

Sorry, girls. This skirt is horrid. It's nothing personal against you ladies or how you look in it - but the chain looks like an homage to droopy labia... No, thanks. You can do better.

All three looks are completely different and gorgeous at the same time. Must be a perfect vintage suede skirt, I love the chain detail on it.

I love suede skirts! I found a green suede pencil skirt, but it was a little big for me so I listed it on etsy!
