Valentine's Day? Spending it with the cutest snuggler in the world, my three-year-old daughter and aspiring fashionista, Amelia. Who needs a romantic valentine when you have one in footie pajamas?!
Such a pretty color. V-day plans as of right now are to make dinner together (white wine mussels with linguine & flan) & we were thinking of going to the spa together.
My husband has been dreaming of a nice flat screen tv for about four years now (we have an old small, fuzzy boxy one), but we're both artists and have to keep a strict budget. So a few months back I saved all my birthday and christmas money and for Valentine's Day I'm going to take him shopping for a fabulous new tv! But shhhhhh...don't tell him that!
Haha, I'm having Valentine's Day this weekend since I'm in a long distance relationship and the boy is coming down! So far, we have dinner planned and we'll see what happens from there!
My now fiance and I have a tradition of either going out or making dinner and then watching a Woody Allen flick. This Valentine's Day will be our third year doing this!
They aren't all that romantic but my plans will likely involve babysitting my niece and nephew so my sister and her husband can actually go out for Valentine's day!
my partner and i are staying true to our roots by eating a huge pizza and watching wayne's world together; our favorite activities with our favorite person!
Tieka looks so cute in it!! I have a date with my husband on Valentine's Day - back to the restaurant/bar of our 1st date exactly 15 yrs ago that night :) Thanks for hosting another great giveaway!
My fiance and I will be spending Valentine's Day at home. Eating a delicious home cooked meal, cuddled on the couch, and watching a movie. Perfect low key evening.
Oh it's adorable! I can never get enough of ruffles. For Valentine's day I'm going out to the botanical gardens with my boyfriend. Then we're going to make french onion soup (and possibly something else) and some sort of tasty dessert.
My plans so far are to craft up a few adorable gifts for my baby and bake him cookies, and then drink wine, cuddle, watch a movie, and do all my homework the night before so i'm not too stressed!
I plan to surprise my boyfriend by baking him some heart-shaped cinnamon rolls. I'm really looking forward to it, because it will be my first Valentine's Day ever not single.
All my single girlfriends are throwing a party for all our single guy friends. Usually, in our little social group, the single guys take all the single girls out to dinner, but this year we turned the tables and planned a little party for them.
Super cheesy, but better than crying at home over some Skinny Cow ice cream bars (which are awesome because like five equal one ben and jerry's, and you don't feel as fat, which then makes you cry harder)….
My brother who is in the Marine Corps is coming back from an 11 month deployment on Sunday so I'm going to be spending all of my free time with him. I love that my whole family will be together on Valentines day!!
So sweet! I'd love to give it a home! This February 14th, I'm actually going to be calling various people and singing love songs to them as a fundraiser. It's such a fun time :]
my valentine's day plans *could* be very exciting -- apparently Medieval Times has a valentine's day special! we haven't decided if we're ready for that kind of cheesiness yet...
On Valentine's Day, I'll be giving chocolate to the kids that I'm running a workshop with, giving silly cards to all my friends, then making dinner with my boyfriend and probably snuggling. Snuggles are a must.
Gorgeous cardigan! :D My Valentine's day plan would be to stay in (since I'm single), update my blog, catch up on TV and maybe read a good book - nothing special, haha.
I love this cardi. That coral color is so me! My plans are to leave the kiddos (3 of them) with the in-laws and have a quiet dinner where we don't have to shout at each other to get a word in edgewise. :)
Absolutely love the cardi. My boyfriend is taking me on a romantic getaway to the aquarium in Chicago because I've wanted to go for over a year now, then having a double date with my best friend who I see about once a year because she lives in Chicago. The next day we're going on a tour through the harp factory in Chicago (I'm a harpist, so it's not completely random that we're doing that =p) I'm beyond excited!!
I love ruffled cartigans! They add the perfect amount of sweet to any outfit! I would be super grateful for this adorable cardigan
My valentines day plans: my boyfriend and I will be renting a children's/family movie (Up? Tangled?), ordering Chinese takeout and spending the night in pajamas!
This Valentine's Day my boy has to work and I have school, so we're going to have a late-night hot chocolate and movie date and play with his present-- the board game Dirty Minds. (Shhh, don't tell him!) :) Weatherly
It's adorable! I think we're going to Claremont, our favorite town here in SoCal for Valentine's Day. We agreed not to buy presents because we're kind of broke, but that's all right :).
Still trying to figure out my Valentine's day plans but it would help if i knew what I was wearing. That cardigan is adorable. I remember when you did that original post and I loved the color.
Still haven't figure out my Valentine's Day plans but it would help if I knew what I was wearing. That cardigan is adorable and I remember your original post of the cardigan and I loved the color.
Valentine's day consists of: going to class in the morning, and spending the rest of the day with my wonderful boy! Trying dinner at a new restaurant, and maybe some baking. C:
Me and my husband are probably having dinner and that's it, but for Friday we are celebrating it with my husband's best friend and his new girlfriend at my house with some homemade meals and some movies!
My husband and i always go to the same little italian restaurant on valentines day. We order five courses and talk and eat all night. Ir's one of my very favorite traditiond.

Today (after almost 2 months) I finally got up the courage to give a guy I've been major crushing on my number. It went well and if coffee goes well maybe I'll get to spend it getting to know him better over dinner! Eiter way, I'm giddy beyond belief and this cardigan is fantastic and I'd love to have it to wear whatever my plans end up being that night xx
Valentine's Day, ahh a day of love! I'm looking forward to baking some sweet treats for my little family, enjoying a date night in with my hubby ( we get dressed up and cook at home, we've got a 2 year old and no sitter!) and then sipping champagne in the hot top once our little one is tucked in.
Super cute and lovely cardigan! My sweetheart and I plan to sleep in as we have vacation. after a long breakfast we plan on a day of little dates. My wish was a long walk through the forest and he would like to go sledge riding afterwards. for the evening we plan on an early movie and then a dinner at our favorite restaurant. We want to get home not too late as we go on our winter vacation the next day!
Beautiful cardigan! For Valentine's Day I'm going to surprise my husband (since this day is usually all about the woman). I'm going to make handmade Valentine's, a "Be My Valentine" cutesy banner, and a strawberry and white chocolate cake. After our daughter goes to bed maybe we'll cuddle up on the couch and watch a romance.
I'm going to skip the whole charade and just get together with my best friends who I haven't seen in a long time. I'm really looking forward to February 14th this year, even more than usual considering it's almost my favorite holiday :)
At Valentine's Day it's my boyfriends birthday. So we decided not to celebrate Valentine's Day. Although I have a little present for his Valentine too. But for Valentine's Day / Birthday, we will go out to eat at a restaurant (we like doing that) and after that I will give my boyfriend his birthday presents and his little Valentine's present. After that, we will probably watch a movie and eat my boyfriends favorite ice cream :)
Well, I'm currently studying abroad in France over 4000 miles away from my boyfriend. And I will actually be traveling in Barcelona on Valentine's Day, which means no connection to him whatsoever! Sad but I've sent me a surprise valentine that he should get while I'm gone as a little reminder of me :)
My husband has been begging me to make him sushi since we first met, so I've saved up my pennies for this valentines day and I'm making him a sushi feast. We'll probably eat this under a blanket fort in the dining room.
First of all I have to say, I adore the color of this cardigan. Cardigans are my clothing obsession!
I'll be spending Valentine's Day with my super awesome boyfriend of 5 years. We'll probably make dinner, followed by popcorn, and watch a good scary movie under a cozy blanket.
My birthday is the weekend before v-day, so I get to do a bit of celebrating. I want to go exploring around our new neighborhood- maybe find a new haunt. And, of course sappy me, see The Vow.
Well, we've only been married a month today, so everything is so new and exciting and fresh! Even though we dated for 5 and a half years, this will be our first "married Valentines" so I plan on making it special. I bought him a DVD set with all of the Dallas Cowboy's super bowl victories (he's a HUGE fan!) and I plan on building a fort in our living room, lighting candles, and eating dessert because that's all I know how to bake!
I'm celebrating VDay with my husband in Austin. We're going out for sushi and taking a couple days to relax, read, and just enjoy each other's company. :)
Cute sweater! We are celebrating over the weekend, but my Monsieur & I are heading down to the big city where my family lives. We're getting dinner my best friend from high school and her partner, staying in a super fancy-fun hotel, and then spending Sunday with my family.
We always spend the Sunday nearest (and most convenient for everyone) to Valentine's Day having "Decadent Sunday"--we wear comfortable clothes, eat waffles covered in ice cream and chocolate sauce, and celebrate the love that we have as a family.
(As for the actual day itself? I have no clue--Monsieur is in charge of that nonsense!)
Well I have a dental appointment in the AM, but then since it's not just Valentine's Day, but also my husband's and mine 6 month anniversary, we are planning on going out to dinner!
I will be going out to a *fancy* restaurant with my boyfriend of almost 6 months! We go out to eat pretty often but have never went anywhere ritzy, so I am pretty excited!
I was just thinking that I need more cardigans with little embellishments like the ruffles. Love it!
I have absolutely no valentines day plans. First time I've ever wished I had a boy friend on valentines day - but maybe that's just because I actually fancy someone this time. ;)
Btw, Tieka, that outfit you styled up is lovely. I love the floral tights. <3
We're going to Prague! :) I still can't believe it. We were looking for a trip for quite some time and my boyfriend came up with it. It's only 4 days but I'm superthrilled.
Do I still get to participate even if I super lack luster plans for V-day? I'll probably work, and then have a quite dinner at home with my hubby whom I love immensely!
My Valentine's Day will be spent in my history class, learning how the lesbian identity emerged in the late 18th century. After that, probably a yummy dinner with the fella' and then back to essays writin'.
I am spending valentines day with my twin niece's, making valentine's and a valentine cake! My BF and I will spend the rest of the day snuggled up watching movies :)
Nice!! I want!! My husband said that everyday is our Valentine's Day.Sweet, right? For this day,we will go for romantic dinner and after that we will go home and snuggle together to watch some romance movies.
What an adorable cardigan!! I don't have any plans for Valentine's day yet...probably just stay in with the hubs and watch our usual tuesday night tv line-up :)
oooh, pretty! on valentine's day i'll be snuggled in bed with my kitties and a stack of papers to grade ... unless i can convince my roommate to go to a strip club with me!
My Valentines Day Plans... Being single, I may babysit for some friends so they can go out, but I don't mind, because their baby is totally cute, and I could have millions of hugs to make up for the boy absence! Then the day after I'm going to Oxford with my friend to see my friend who is shadowing a publishing company for the week. Don't you just love being single! No obligation to spend/buy, but I might have to make some cute diys for my friends. Just to make them feel cute in their singlesness :) Please check out my blog! www.therandomchirpsofadizziebird.blogspot.com
I have to work all day and then I have an exam for my A&P class that night. I told my boyfriend of 7 years that we could go out to dinner on Wednesday because I don't have school, but as I type this I'm realizing that I signed up for sewing classes at my town's community center and I think they start that night. Yikes. Maybe we can go after my class gets out, but it's gonna be kinda late! brittany1485 at yahoo dot com
well valentines day i will go out to dinner with the boyfriend. but the exciting part for me this year is making valentines for my niece who started kindergarten this year. rwvanvoorhis at gmail dot com
Me and all my single ladies will be going out for Chinese food and then baking adorable desserts with vulgar and distasteful phrases on them. Inappropriate baked goods are a V-Day tradition around here :D
My best friend Ian is getting his mission call, so after getting home from school and celebrating not having swim practice anymore, I’ll be heading over to his house to watch him open it!
OMG THIS IS THE CUTEST THING EVER! ARGH! My plans are actually awful, my first valentine's day with a boyfriend and I have a math midterm that evening! So i'll be studying all day long, and then at 9 i will grab a late dinner with my boyfriend, and afterwards I will be up all night researching for my psychology project. it's so fun to be in university. :D
My husband and I are taking a trip to Chicago! We will go ice skating, dinner, exploring the city and of course, my favorite, loads of French macaroons!
This is the first Valentines I'll be spending with my hubby since our wedding! I'm making dessert, he's making dinner and we'll toast with some bubbly in our new crystal we got for our wedding!
I have a long day of school with some fun Valentine's assignments thrown in the mix. But after all that my boyfriend is cooking dinner for me :) And I'll be baking cookies!
My BF & I celebrated over the weekend with a trip to the Chocolate Garden in Coloma, Mi.... they are named the best chocolatier in America! (seriously worth the trip) On the actual day, he had class & I laid in bed with a migraine.
The cardigan would go great with the hear shirt I made for valentines day!

I'm cooking my girlfriend her favorite steak dinner and, instead of gifts, we are each putting fifty dollars in our tattoo funds!
Fingers crossed I'll be winning!

It's my size! And I'm absolutely obsessed with cardigans and ruffles...couldn't be more perfect, really.
As for Valentines day I'm going to be doing some college coursework and eating candy and baking with my lovely roommate!
So cute!
For Valentine's Day I am headed across 9 time zones to see my BF, who lives in Switzerland (I am in Cali). I can't wait to see his face :)
Hope everyone gets to spend the day with someone they love <3
What a darling cardi! I have been searching high and low for a whimsical, colorful cardigan and this might be it!
Our plans are to go on a pre-Valentine's date to a printmaking studio to get our art on!

First of all I have to say, I adore the color of this cardigan. Cardigans are my clothing obsession!

I'm celebrating VDay with my husband in Austin. We're going out for sushi and taking a couple days to relax, read, and just enjoy each other's company. :)
For Valentine's Day my boyfriend (of 6 years!) and I are going to Vancouver BC to go ziplining and maybe snowshoeing!
What a cute Cardie! Just a romantic, candle lit dinner at home for the hubs and I after we put the kiddos to bed!
Cute cardi! For Valentine's day, my husband and I usually beat the crowds by having an early dinner and then catching a movie!

Thanks for the giveaway girls!

my husband and I tend to boycott Valentines Day so we will be doing what we do every night, watching the tube. Exciting right? :)
SO CUTE and just my size! My boyfriend hates V-day, so we'll probably stay in, watch a movie, and order chinese delivery :)
I'll be working and then running home to be with my hubby!

The usual life of a college student: I'm studying my night away for my exams the next day!
I think I'll be sitting home alone doing homework, so a cute cardigan could be just what I need. Retail therapy! :)

I plan to watch several lovey dovey movies and eating foods in either red or shaped in to hearts. :D
For Valentine's Day I'm planning on crafting, eating cookies and conversation hearts and trying not to dwell on the fact that I'm alone.

Just to make them feel cute in their singlesness :)

My husband and I like to keep it simple - we'll probably celebrate with cupcakes from a local bakery and then cuddle on the couch with our pup :)

We'll see what my husband has up his sleeve.. :) we might head over to the coast to celebrate on Sunday! Love the sweater!! I'm now a follower :)
I plan on making my partner a nice dinner and decorate our apartment with garlands of pom pom flowers!
Thanks for the giveaway!
Not romantic, but we are going to microwave some lasagna, drink some boxed wine and watch some West Wing.
No big plans....other than making chocolate covered strawberries!!!! I am way too excited about this...
Me and all my single ladies will be going out for Chinese food and then baking adorable desserts with vulgar and distasteful phrases on them. Inappropriate baked goods are a V-Day tradition around here :D
Cute! I'm not sure what my plans are yet, but I know there will be chocolate involved.

I'm going to try and pull off a fancy dinner with my husband... if that fails, frozen pizza?
My best friend Ian is getting his mission call, so after getting home from school and celebrating not having swim practice anymore, I’ll be heading over to his house to watch him open it!
I'm cooking my hubby up a special meal and making him a sweet homemade gift :)
Valentines day usually means chocolate and a "good cry" movie, like Beaches.

On Valentine's Day I'll be coordinating the chaos at a nice local restaurant that is a favorite for the holiday. Hopefully it runs smoothly!
I love wearing coral! I'm planning a nice homemade Italian dinner and a movie for Valentines day.
:D
No plans for Valentine's Day yet... but we'll see what happens :)

I'm thinking of surprising Husband with an inside picnic (:
I think I'm going to eat lots of chocolate, wear a cute dress, and go see This Means War with some friends!
Dressing in some combination of red and pink and spreading a little contentedly-single cheer as I go about my usual Tuesday activities. :)
My husband and I are taking a trip to Chicago! We will go ice skating, dinner, exploring the city and of course, my favorite, loads of French macaroons!
It's my baby girls birthday - we'll be having a sweet little party!

This is the first Valentines I'll be spending with my hubby since our wedding! I'm making dessert, he's making dinner and we'll toast with some bubbly in our new crystal we got for our wedding!
So cute! Love it!
My hubby and I don't do anything special for v-day usually…but I intend to only eat things in the shape of a heart for the entire day.
xo
Such an adorable cardigan!!
(seriously worth the trip)
On the actual day, he had class & I laid in bed with a migraine.
The cardigan would go great with the hear shirt I made for valentines day!
My day was full of school assignments and studying. didnt get any chance to have a real valentines.
